Modern Two-Story Apartment Concept
The design assumes a two-level space layout, including:
- 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft-style wardrobe, which create a unique and functional whole.
- Transforming the apartment layout – Implementation, in accordance with the detailed design, included demolishing walls, rearranging bathrooms and dressing rooms, and modifying electrical and plumbing systems. This resulted in a space with a modern, open feel, ideally suited to everyday use.
Exceptional Materials and Precise Finishes
The highest quality materials were used in the project, emphasizing the luxurious character of the interior:
- Floors: Made of light, natural wood, perfectly matching the light furniture.
- Countertops: The use of quartz sinters gives interiors elegance and durability.
- Hidden doors: A modern solution that ensures discretion and an additional visual effect.
- Carpentry construction: Designed and implemented according to an individual architect's design, making each piece of furniture unique.
- Finishing materials: All built-in elements are made of natural materials, such as veneer and varnished MDF, which guarantees not only aesthetics but also durability.
