The project involved a thorough transformation of the apartment's layout, in accordance with the developed detailed design. The work included:
- Demolition of walls – enabling the opening of space and smooth transitions between rooms,
- Changing the layout of the bathrooms and dressing rooms – which resulted in increased functionality and comfort of use,
- Modernization of electrical and water and sewage installations – providing safe and modern technological solutions.

The interior design focuses on natural materials and elegant solutions:
- Floors: Light, natural wood, perfectly matched to the light, bright furniture, brings warmth and coziness.
- Countertops: Made of sintered quartz, which combines modern design with durability.
- Hidden doors: Subtly integrated into the space, they give the interior coherence and elegance.
- Carpentry construction: Designed and implemented according to the architect's individual project, making each solution unique.
- Built-in furniture: Made of natural materials, primarily veneer, which guarantees timeless style and high quality workmanship.
- Kitchen island: An impressive composition combining sintered quartz with milled MDF boards, constituting the focal point of the kitchen and emphasizing the modern character of the interior.
