Construction of an apartment at Niemcewicza Street – 85 m²
Company Bespoq is proud to present the comprehensive interior design of an 85-square-meter apartment located on Niemcewicza Street in Warsaw's Ochota district. As a general interior contractor, we completely redesigned the space, creating a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and modern interior that meets the expectations of even the most discerning users.
The scope of the implementation work included:
- Reconstruction of the apartment layout:
A complete redesign of the spatial concept, in line with the detailed design, included demolishing walls, reconfiguring the bathrooms, and rearranging the walk-in closet, allowing for optimal use of the space. - Plant modernisation:
Comprehensive changes to electrical and water and sewage installations, which improved comfort of use and ensured the safety of residents.
Interior finishing at the highest level:
- Floor:
The use of light, natural wood introduces warmth and coziness, providing the perfect backdrop for the rest of the arrangement. - Tops:
Made of sintered quartz, they combine modern design with exceptional durability, perfectly complementing the overall design. - Doors:
Hidden doors are used throughout the apartment, emphasizing the minimalist aesthetic of the interior and allowing for smooth transitions between rooms. - Woodworking:
All built-in furniture was designed and manufactured according to the architect's individual design, using natural materials such as veneer. This effect gives the interior a unique, organic character, combining elegance with functionality.
