Construction of a Japandi-style apartment – 107 m² in Mokotów
Company Bespoq proudly presents the comprehensive interior design of a Japandi-style apartment located on Woronicza Street in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The project combines the essence of minimalist Japanese aesthetics with a cozy, functional Scandinavian approach, creating a harmonious and peaceful space.
As part of the project, as a general interior contractor, we carried out a thorough renovation of the apartment, which now includes:
- 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room – perfectly designed to meet the needs of the modern user.
- Change of spatial arrangement – in accordance with the detailed design, walls were demolished, bathrooms were rearranged and a functional wardrobe was created, which significantly improved the ergonomics of the apartment.
- Modernization of the installation – the works also included changes to the electrical and water and sewage installations, adapting them to the new layout and technologies used in the project.
When finishing the interior, we focused on high-quality materials and details:
- Floor: made of natural wood, giving the space warmth and lightness.
- Tops: elegant quartz sinters, which provide an effective contrast and emphasize the modern character of the interior.
- Concealed door: discreetly integrated into the space, fitting into the minimalist aesthetics of the Japandi style.
- Structural plasters: giving surfaces a unique texture and depth.
- Woodworking: designed and implemented according to the individual architect's assumptions, using natural materials such as veneer, which emphasizes the organic character of the interior.
- Ceiling lamps: The living room and hall feature custom-designed lighting that requires exceptional precision and has become a key element in creating the interior's atmosphere.
