Bespoq, acting as the general interior contractor, designed a luxurious penthouse on Pory Street in Warsaw's Mokotów district. This unique interior, consisting of five rooms, three bathrooms, and a walk-in closet, was created through comprehensive modernization and meticulous workmanship, giving the space a modern yet cozy feel.

Thoughtful Transformation of Space
As part of the implementation, in accordance with the detailed design, a thorough change was made to the apartment layout:
- Demolition of walls: They allowed us to open up the space and create fluid, modern arrangements.
- Changing the layout of bathrooms and dressing rooms: It enabled optimal use of space and improved functionality.
- Install update: Modernization of electrical and water installations ensured safety and comfort of use.
Top-Class Materials and Finishing Details
The interior design is based on the use of the highest quality materials that emphasize the luxurious character of the penthouse:
- Floors: Light, natural wood, perfectly matched to the light furniture, gives the interior elegance and warmth.
- Countertops: Made of sintered quartz, they combine modern design with functionality.
- Hidden doors: An innovative solution that subtly integrates space and adds a unique character to the interior.
- Carpentry construction: Designed and implemented according to an individual architect's design, it guarantees unique style and precision of workmanship.
- Furniture: All furniture is made of natural materials, primarily veneer, which emphasizes the exclusivity of the interior.
- Decorative elements: Additional accents in the form of wooden panels, colored glass and lamellas introduce modern accents, emphasizing attention to every detail.
